Returns/Exchanges: If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact JEC (via email to orders@birthstones.com) for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. Returns without an RMA number cannot be honored. When you receive your RMA number, you will also receive return shipping instructions. JEC will not be responsible for any return that is lost or damaged unless shipped in accordance with our return shipping instructions provided. JEC does not pay for return shipping, and returns will be subject to a $10 restocking fee.
